We are more than a support group – we’re a community.

Our group brings together people living with fibromyalgia and ME/CFS on the Gold Coast to connect, share experiences and support one another.

We understand that living with these conditions can be challenging and isolating.  Whether you join us at one of our weekly activities, come along to a social lunch, or connect through our Facebook group, you’ll find people who understand.

Our weekly self-management program offers a variety of gentle movement, wellbeing, creative and relaxation activities throughout the year.
