Weekly Program
Our weekly program is about connection, gentle activity and spending time with people who understand. There’s no pressure to participate in everything — come along, join in with what feels right for you, or simply enjoy the company.

Thanks to funding from the James Frizelle Charitable Foundation, our support group established a Self Management Program for people living with Fibromyalgia and ME/CFS.
The program offers a range of weekly activities designed to support your physical wellbeing, mental wellbeing and social connection. Living with a chronic condition can be isolating, and our members often tell us that spending time with people who understand what they’re going through is one of the most valuable parts of the program.
We offer a varied calendar of activities throughout the year, with a mix of regular favorites and new experiences. .
Sessions may include:
- Gentle movement and exercise
- Meditation and breathing
- Somatic therapy
- Hydrotherapy
- Nia movement classes
- Creative activities such as painting and Christmas crafting
- Social lunches and outings
There’s something for everyone, and you’re welcome to attend the activities that suit your interests and energy levels. There is never any pressure to come every week.
New here? You’re welcome to come along and meet us first. Join us for an activity, meet some of the group and see if it feels right for you. Annual membership is just $20, per financial year and gives you access to our weekly program and other group activities.
Our program changes throughout the year as we introduce new facilitators, activities and special events. We don’t publish the full calendar on our website, so members should check our private Facebook group for the latest schedule and any updates.
