This is an amazing opportunity to speak to them one on one.\n11.30am Join in with Natalie who will be doing a NIA demonstration – this fun\, flowing dance type movement has been so beneficial to those who have attended Natalie’s classes as part of our Self Management Program;\n12pm – Lunch will be served\n12pm – 1pm Lisa from 7 Breaths will be available to guide you in creating a special Awareness Day memento\n1pm – Some brief speeches before cutting of our Cake\nDress in purple (representing fibromyalgia) or blue (representing ME/CFS)\nBring along a camp chair or anything you need to be able to enjoy the day in comfort

I would like to present to the group\, the term “Chiaroscuro” (an Italian art word meaning ‘light – dark’).\n \n“I have created a range of works in charcoal and pastel for the individuals in the group try in either charcoal and/or pastel as they choose.\nI will be demonstrating the ‘gridding method’ of drawing to help the students with drawing proportion with greater accuracy.\nAs always\, I’d like to emphasize that the students enjoy the process of creating\, taking risks and learning\, over the achievement of a perfect outcome”
